We were delighted to attend a ceremony at the Inverness Town House last week, joining twelve other firms who were awarded their accreditation as part of the second cohort of the Highland Employer Charter. Awards were presented by Highland Council Chief Executive Derek Brown with assistant Chief Executive Malcolm Macleod also in attendance, for the group picture.
This is further recognition of our commitment to the Highlands and our determination to create sustainable working practices that benefit staff and the community at large.
Our workforce has been “locally grown” in the Highlands. From graduate apprentices who are doing part-time degrees at the University of the Highlands and Islands, right through to our Director Alastair Manson, Inverness born and bred. We believe in the Highlands, in its creative, adaptable people and are delighted to play our part supporting a local economy in good health.
We continue to seek people to join our team. In particular, we would like to hear from graduate structural engineers with between 1 and 4 years experience. A welcoming office with a busy and highly varied workload is waiting for you - please do get in touch.
