Grant Simpson

Co-founding the business with Hamish Martineau, Grant’s wider development experience and skills are often most valuable for clients at the start of projects where he combines technical knowhow with his own commercial acumen to identify, assess and solve issues. A ‘well kent face’ in our industry, Grant remains engaged in a variety of projects.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
We undertake design in all structural materials and engineer buildings from the domestic scale through to multi-storey commercial developments.
All aspects of building structures are catered for from foundation through suspended floors to roof.
Etive is an Approved Body of the Structural Engineers Registration Scheme (SER).
CIVIL ENGINEERING
We provide a comprehensive range of civil engineering services including earthworks, roads, drainage networks and SUDs system designs. We utilise industry standard software including Civils 3D and Microdrainage. Often we provide civil engineering services packaged with structural engineering, we also work with civils as a single discipline.
