In his early career, Douglas worked with both small and large, national practices. Recognising the freedom within the SME to remain hands-on and yet still deliver projects of meaningful scale, Douglas joined Etive in 2018 and has played a significant part in the business’ growth.
Joining the Etive business in 2018, Doug had already delivered many challenging projects in a packed career, particularly in the health and education sectors. A highly capable thinker, planner and organiser, Doug has been key to the growth of the Etive business. He brings a real passion for good quality design, delivered in truly collaborative ways.
